1. Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading and using Poddia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

1.1 License Grant

Poddia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and educational purposes only.

1.2 Subscription & Payments

• Poddia offers auto-renewable subscriptions for access to premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started.

1.3 User Responsibilities

• You must not use Poddia for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

1.4 Termination

Poddia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

1.5 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the new terms.
